A valid bet is:

• One which has been offered by Morris Vee;

• In respect of which Morris Vee has issued a transaction code or ticket;

• Taken by a person of 18 years or older;

• Not fraudulent;

• Is not a credit bet;

• Has been placed with Morris Vee using any one of the prescribed methods used by Morris Vee from

time to time to offer bets to punters;

• Is not a void bet as may be determined elsewhere in the terms and conditions.

• Bets are only accepted as valid bets, placed according to these rules, once a transaction code / ticket has

been logged in the Morris Vee Mobile Account server. If you have any doubts as to whether a bet is

valid, you should view your list of “pending” bets. Once a transaction code /ticket has been logged,

bets may not be cancelled under any circumstance. It is therefore imperative that customers understand

that it is their responsibility to ensure that the details of bets are correct. In the event of any dispute,

both the customer and Morris Vee agree that the transaction log database will have the final authority

in determining the outcome of such dispute.

• In order to manage our liabilities, Morris Vee reserves the right to suspend, close and notify any

customer of duplicate accounts. Morris Vee further reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any

bet without offering any explanation.

• Morris Vee shall not be obliged to accept a bet or pay out monies in respect of a bet that is not a valid

bet.

• If you have any doubts as to whether a bet has been accepted and is accordingly valid you should view

your list of "pending" bets or check with a member of Morris Vee staff.

• Telephone Betting - It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of all bets are correct when called

to and confirmed by the operator. For a bet to be accepted Morris Vee must issue a ticket in respect of

each bet. A bet is not accepted on call back confirmation of the content of the bet by the operator but

only on the issue of a ticket.

• Once a transaction code or ticket has been logged or issued to you, bets may not be cancelled or

changed by you under any circumstance. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of all bets are

correct. If you dispute the nature, type and odds in respect of any bet Morris Vee transaction log

database will be final and binding in determining the outcome of that dispute.

• It is a condition of Morris Vee acceptance of bets from you and by offering to place a bet with Morris

Vee you represent and warrant that:

• You are not prohibited from entering into the bet by any term of your contract of employment or any

rule of a sport governing body which applies to you and

• Where the bet is placed on the outcome of a race, competition or other event or process or on the

likelihood of anything occurring or not occurring (‘The event'), you do not know the outcome of the

event.

• In the event that any representation made by you proving to be false, your stake shall be forfeited and

Morris Vee shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in

respect of the bet.

• All bets on contingencies which have already arisen, or where you could have an indication of the

outcome at the time of placing the bet, or where Morris Vee has continued to accept bets on an event

which should have been suspended for any reason, shall be void. Any bet placed after the start of an

event and not identified as "IN PLAY" shall also be void. If you dispute the time at which a bet was

placed, the time recorded in Morris Vee’ transaction log in respect of that bet will be binding and

Morris Vee determination thereof will be final and binding on you.

• The access to and/or betting on the Mobile Site may not be legal for some persons in certain countries.

Morris Vee does not intend that the Mobile Site should be used for betting or any other purpose in

countries or jurisdictions where such activities are illegal. The Mobile Site does not constitute any

offer, solicitation or invitation to any person for any service or transaction where such activities are

prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each individual to understand and determine the law that

applies to the jurisdiction in which they are present and Morris Vee cannot accept any responsibility

under any law in any jurisdiction other than that of South Africa and specifically the licensing

jurisdiction of KwaZulu Natal. Morris Vee makes no guarantee to the availability of the Mobile Site,

market, event or prices contained in this service.

• To the extent required by your local laws or tax or other authorities, you are responsible for reporting

your winnings and losses arising from the services.
