Betting Dispute Resolution Procedure

• In the first instance please contact Customer Services either on support@betmv.co.za. or call

us on

031 400 8122 In the event of a dispute arising between the parties hereto, including but not

limited to

disputes as to whether a particular trade has been matched or not, then the parties hereby agree

that

such dispute be settled by way of arbitration. The parties hereby agree that should the dispute

not be resolved @ Customer Services on support@betmv.co.za or by calling us on 031-

4008122, the customer can contact the KZNERA.

• KZNERA stands for the KwaZulu Natal Economic Regulatory Authority.

• The KZNERA acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between betting/gambling

operators and their customers after they have been through the operator's own internal dispute

procedures and if a deadlock exist.

• The KZNERA apply their knowledge to the facts and adjudicate by reference to the operator's

own

terms and conditions but do not rule on complex legal issues. As well as offering effective dispute

resolution procedures, KZNERA also check that operators have complied with the standards set

by the

National Gambling Board and with the KZNERA terms and conditions of registration. KZNERA

rulings are binding on all parties, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that may be

commenced
